Is your floor refinishing dust free?

You’ll be pleased to know that we use state-of-the-art floor sanding equipment designed to contain over 90% of all dust. All of our sanding tools use the most up to date dust-free technology. They are attached to vacuums, which pull in the dust as we sand the floors. While nothing can eliminate 100% of dust, we keep it to an absolute minimum. This ensures a healthy environment and makes sure your finish stays smooth as glass.

>How Long Should I Wait to Walk on my Floor Again?

This largely depends on the finish you choose. You can move the furniture back in and begin to walk on your floors again within a day sometimes. We can use a quick drying coat on the floor, ensuring not only a brilliant finish but a quick return to normalcy.

>How Often Should I Refinish my Floor?

If your wood floors are new, to keep them brilliant and avoid the sanding process as long as possible you should consider refinishing every 5-8 years. This keeps the wear and tear to a minimum, because the new coating applied helps protect and extend the life of your wood floor.
